The Structure
We run three facilitated sessions at a pace that works for your business. Individual 1:1 coaching runs in parallel to embed the work personally before it becomes collective.
Session 1
01Each team member completes i3 + DNA behavioural profiling. Individual 1:1 feedback sessions surface self-awareness, strengths and blind spots before any team work begins.
Session 2
02The team explores how each member operates, what they need, and where friction lives. Role clarity, decision rights, meeting standards and team agreements are defined together.
Session 3
03Team health review, progress measurement, issue resolution and a forward action plan. The team leaves with a clear, written operating agreement they own.
Outcomes
Optional Retest
Teams can opt to retest their DNA of a Champion profile within 12 months of completing TCAP Foundations. This allows you to measure progress, validate shifts in behaviour, and identify where further development would add value.
The retest is discussed and arranged during the final optimisation session, or can be booked separately at any point within the 12-month window.
